Nathanaël Mägli completed a one-year intensive training course in musical theatre at the American Musical Theatre Academy (now ICMT) in London in 2015/16. His roles in local productions include the Beast (BEAUTY AND THE BEAST) and Franklin Shepard (MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG). In 2016 he appeared as Leah Lisa Leuenberger's duet partner in one of her own productions; in 2018 this became the ongoing project LEAH, NATE & THE PIANO. Since 2017, he has also been part of the permanent ensemble of the annual musical tour Life on Stage, in which various pieces written by Beat Müller are performed. These tours take him from various locations in Switzerland to Hamburg. Beat Müller also engaged him for his play FILIUS for a five-person ensemble. He can be seen regularly in plays such as SURPRISED BY HOPE, KÜSTENPFAD and EDEN NOW by Maya Heusser since 2019. In the new production of SPACE DREAM (MAAG Halle Zurich), Nathanaël can be seen in the ensemble and as Cover Aquilon in 2022. In 2024, he will be on stage for the usual productions such as EDEN NOW & LIFE ON STAGE, for DAS POP-ORATORIUM #HIMMELREICH (Barclays Arena Hamburg, Messe Erfurt) and HEIDI (Walensee-Bühne).
